Personal information provided by You or gathered by Us is controlled primarily by Us as data controller pursuant to the Datenschutzgesetz.

2. Social Plugins

Our Website uses social plugins ("Plugins") from the social networks facebook.com ("Facebook"), and the micro-blogging service twitter.com ("Twitter").

Twitter
is a micro-blogging service, provided by Twitter Inc. (795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When You visit a page on Our Website that includes such a Plugin, Your browser connects directly with the servers at Twitter. The content of the Plugin is transferred from Twitter directly to Your browser, which incorporates it into the website. For this reason, We have no influence on the amount of data gathered by Twitter with the aid of this Plugin. We provide this information to the best of Our knowledge, which is that only the IP address of Your connection and the URL of Our Website are transmitted when the Plugin is acquired, but are not used for purposes other than display of the content in the Plugin.

5. Image Rights

The contributing photographers agreed to our Release terms of conditions. These include that the photographer is in possession of the rights to provide the images free and unencumbered by other ownership, liens or other restrictive rights already in place. The same goes for model and property releases.

Bron Elektronik AG takes no liability if one or more of the rights to the images are not properly released by the photographer.

6. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without prior notice. You should continue to check this Privacy Policy for updates and amendments, as You will be deemed to have accepted any changes if You continue to use the Website after they have been posted.
